AgeSin® LA-D51082
(Polyether modified silicon 流平剂,similar to BYK 333)
AgeSin® LA-D51082 is a high-粘度 polyether-modified organopolysiloxane, a new type of special organosilicon surfactant (long-chain alkyl and polyether co-modified silicone oil). AgeSin® LA-D51082 has low surface tension characteristics and is suitable for addition to water-based, oily, 溶剂-free inks and ink systems. It has excellent miscibility with alkane oily substances and polymer film-forming substances. This product has leveling, defoaming, emulsification, penetration, antistatic, softening, lubricating, moisturizing, solubilizing and other properties. It has a good leveling effect in water-based coating systems. It has excellent compatibility, good oil point breaking effect, and a good effect of reducing surface friction. It can prevent pinholes and does not affect re-coating properties, with good results.

Improve the wettability and spreading of pigments or fillers in the system, thereby increasing the affinity and dispersibility of fillers and liquids, making the coating more delicate and stable.
Improve surface smoothness and improve substrate wettability. Improve the leveling and spreading of inks, surface smoothness, improve product gloss, and prevent shrinkage.
Defoaming, oil shrinkage prevention, floating color prevention and flower blooming of oil-based system inks. The reference addition amount is 0.05-0.3%.
In 溶剂-free systems, the effect is the same as above. It is effective in improving substrate wettability and enhancing penetration and bonding with the substrate. Reference addition amount: 0.3-1%.
Easy to add with pre-diluted 溶剂 the same as that in the coating system. Can added as post-addition.
