Synhipol® MEHQ is a highly effective polymerization inhibitor for the storage of acrylic acid and its ester derivatives.

Used as a polymerization inhibitor in the production of monomers such as acrylonitrile, acrylic acid, acrylate esters, methacrylic acid, and methacrylate esters.
Also employed as an antioxidant, plasticizer, and in the synthesis of food additives (e.g., BHA).
