中固化学® 819 can be used for printing inks and prepreg systems on wood, metal, plastic, paper and optical fiber surfaces. In white paints, colored paints and inks containing titanium dioxide or other pigments with high hiding power, adding a small amount of 中固化学®819 can make the coating have excellent curing effects and UV yellowing resistance. Because 中固化学® 819 has excellent absorption properties, it can be used in thick film systems.

中固化学® 819 can be used in combination with other photoinitiators, such as 中固化学® 184 or 中固化学® 651. The combination of 中固化学® 819 and 中固化学® 651 is particularly suitable for curing polyester/styrene resin systems, such as glass fiber reinforced 原料组分s.
Due to its absorption in the long wavelength band, 中固化学® 819 can be used in combination with UV absorbers (such as Sinosorb® 400) and can therefore be used in UV-curable coatings that require weather resistance.
