Sinomer® DI-TMPTA is a multifunctional functional monomer with high boiling point, high activity, low volatility and low viscosity. It has good compatibility with acrylic prepolymer. It can be used as a reactive diluent for UV and EB radiation crosslinking. It can also become a crosslinking polymer composition.It can be widely used in light-curable inks, surface coatings, coatings and adhesives, and imparts good abrasion resistance, hardness, adhesion and brightness.
Polyol acrylate has the characteristics of low volatility, low toxicity, high crosslinking density and fast curing speed. It is the most commonly used photocurable active monomer.Compared with TMPTA, DI-TMPTA has less acrylic content, which reduces the cross-linking density appropriately, which can reduce the serious shrinkage generated when the material is cured. At the same time, the molecular structure is large and there are flexible ether bonds,can ensure that the material has better elasticity and toughness after curing, and the brittleness is improved.
