AgeSin®SPA-DHPS is a dihydroxy-type waterborne polyurethane chain extender, with sulfonic acid as its primary hydrophilic group. When incorporated into the PU backbone, it contributes to excellent dispersion, low required dosage, stable emulsion storage, and improved appearance. Compared to mainstream products like DMPA (2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid,Cas No 4767-03-7) and DMBA (2,2-dimethylolbutyric acid,Cas No 10097-02-6 ), DHPS exhibits better solubility in various solvents and offers distinct advantages in producing high-solid-content waterborne polyurethanes.
