Synocat® DMCHA can be used in a wide range of rigid foams. One of the main applications is insulation foam, including formulations for sprays, plates, laminates and cold storage. N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamine is also suitable for the manufacture of rigid foam furniture frames and decorative parts. The catalyst used in rigid foam products can be used as the main catalyst alone without adding organotin, and it can also be supplemented by JD series catalysts according to the process and product requirements. This product is also used as an intermediate for rubber accelerators and synthetic fibers.
