NONIONIC SURFACE ACTIVE AGENT JJCSX-21 is a low-foaming, high-HLB nonionic surfactant based on a nonylphenol system. It has excellent performance in textile pretreatment and maintains good fluidity even in winter temperatures in Southeast Asia, where temperatures do not drop below 10°C.
