Wood/Furniture waterborne coatings: clear varnishes, pigmented primers, matte topcoats, outdoor wood coatings.

★Special attention: Due to strong rheological efficiency, may cause sharp viscosity increase. Pre-dilution is recommended if needed.
High viscosity at low temperature; pre-dilution can reduce viscosity. Storage stability of diluted solutions should be tested individually.
Storage may show slight turbidity, which does not affect rheological performance.
AgeSin® RH-A4425 should be added to the coating system under moderate shear force to ensure uniform mixing and rapid dispersion. No special temperature control is required. It can be added during the grinding stage or post-added to adjust viscosity. If suitable for the system, a significant increase in rheological effect will occur, depending on time and polarity. Rheological effects can generally be evaluated 2–4 hours after mixing.
0.2%-5% additive dosage based on total formula to prevent sedimentation.
0.5%-1% additive dosage based on total formula to prevent sagging, but this depends on the overall solid content of the formula.
