AgeSin® RA-FR06 is a very active 还原剂, which forms a redox reaction system with peroxides such as ammonium persulfate and tert-butyl hydroperoxide, and is used in emulsion systems through free radical polymerization. AgeSin® RA-FR06 is a sodium salt of an organic sulfinic acid derivative.
● Improve the reaction activity, reduce the residual amount of monomers, and have an oxygen-inhibiting effect,can eliminate stripping process under certain condition.
● No formaldehyde is produced, and the only byproducts after the reaction are salts and carbon dioxide.
● When used in conjunction with hydrogen peroxide, it will not produce VOCS problems such as butanol and acetone (reduce the VOC produced by tert-butyl hydroperoxide).
● It can increase the whiteness of the emulsion and film, and the polymer film-forming 原料组分 will not turn yellow after the reaction.

Applied to post-treatment of emulsion polymerization systems such as acrylic acid, VAE and styrene-butadiene to eliminate residual monomers, and can eliminate stripping process under certain condition.
Applied to the initiation of the main polymerization reaction of free radical reaction, it can quickly initiate free radical polymerization at low temperature.
The recommended addition amount is 0.03-0.3%.
The recommended operating temperature is 60-75℃.
It is recommended to prepare it before use, and the concentration of aqueous solution is 3%-5%.
It is recommended to drip continuously in batches during use.
