AgeSin® DP-L1252 is a high-molecular-weight hyper超分散剂 containing multiple anchor groups. It offers broad compatibility in various systems and exhibits excellent wetting and dispersion performance for organic pigments, especially carbon black. It effectively reduces viscosity, enhances color strength, improves stability, and significantly lowers the operational viscosity of grinding systems. Additionally, it increases pigment loading capacity and provides strong anti-flocculation properties, greatly improving the storage stability of color pastes.

Suitable for medium- to high-polarity systems with good compatibility with common coating resins.
Significantly improves wetting and dispersion of pigments in binders, reduces system viscosity, enhances flow, and shortens grinding time.
Offers excellent anti-flocculation performance. Compared with low-molecular-weight wetting 超分散剂s, it greatly improves the storage stability of color pastes.
Recommended for various industrial coatings, anticorrosive coatings, motorcycle paints, etc.
Incorporate the 超分散剂 into the binder under stirring, then add pigments and fillers for dispersion. Suitable for any dispersion method (sand milling, roller milling, ball milling, etc.).
For high-grade carbon black (e.g., high-color and acetylene black) and high-performance organic dyes, pre-soaking is recommended:
Dissolve DP-L1252 in the processing liquid.
Add the pigment and stir at high speed for 30–40 minutes.
Let stand for 12 hours, then grind to the required fineness for optimal results.
