Its solvation chain segment It has outstanding compatibility with various resin systems.
AgeSin® DP-D2018G is suitable for medium and high polarity systems, has good compatibility with commonly used coating resins, and has good versatility in coating systems.
AgeSin® DP-D2018G can significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of the base 原料组分 on pigments and fillers, reduce the viscosity of the system, improve fluidity, and shorten the grinding and dispersing time.
AgeSin® DP-D2018G is a polymer hyper超分散剂 with excellent ability to prevent coarsening. Compared with small molecular wetting and dispersing agents, it can greatly extend the storage stability of ground color slurries.
Suitable for medium and high polarity systems. The addition amount varies according to different usage systems, 10%-15% for inorganic pigments, 30%-50% for organic pigments, 5-6% for titanium dioxide, and 50%-100% for carbon black (depending on the specific surface area of the pigment).
