AgeSin® DF-L9052 is a silicone-free foam-breaking polymer solution, which is used as a standard 消泡剂 in 溶剂型涂料 and inks. It can effectively prevent the generation of bubbles and foam during the production, packaging and construction of coatings and inks. It has the following characteristics: fast defoaming, anti-foaming, good versatility, light color, and safe recoating.
Recommended to add it during the grinding process, with a dosage of 0.1-0.5% of the total amount. Due to its strong immiscibility, the impact on the transparency and shrinkage of the varnish system must be evaluated
Packaging: Available in 25 公斤 ,200 公斤 kg drums.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place in the original, tightly sealed container. Protect from direct sunlight, heat sources, and frost.
Shelf Life: 24 months when stored under recommended conditions.
