It can also be used as an auxiliary additive to improve the dispersion of universal tinting pastes in alkyd paints to replace Elementis Nuosperse FA 196.

分散剂 for carbon black
Add approximately 1% of AgeSin® DP-D2196 CX (based on total grinding paste) to improve color strength and prevent flocculation of all types of carbon black. It is best added before the dispersion process. General dosage range: 0.2 – 1.0% based on total formulation.
Bridge between alkyd base paints and universal tinting pastes
Dosage: 0.2 – 0.4% based on total weight of the alkyd base paint.
Wetting agent for paint removers and brush cleaners
Dosage: 2 – 6% of the paint remover or brush cleaner formulation.
