AgeSin® DP-G2390 is a high-performance polymeric 分散剂 specifically designed for the stabilization of organic pigments in medium-polarity 溶剂-borne and UV-curing coating systems. It exhibits excellent compatibility with a wide range of resins, provides strong dispersing power for various pigments and fillers, and ensures long-term storage stability.

Suitable for dispersing all types of pigments in medium-polarity 溶剂-borne coatings, with particularly good compatibility and effectiveness for organic pigments such as HPP.
As a polymeric 分散剂, it offers strong pigment wetting and dispersing power, resulting in excellent long-term storage stability of the mill-base and final coating.
Highly effective in reducing 粘度 in high-solid systems, making it suitable for dispersing difficult organic pigments under such conditions.
It is recommended to add AgeSin® DP-G2390 before the grinding stage during production.
Recommended dosage (on weight of pigment):
Inorganic Pigments: 10% – 15%
TiO₂: 5% – 6%
Organic Pigments: 30% – 50%
Carbon Black: 50% – 100%
The optimal dosage should be verified through practical testing based on the specific pigment, formulation, and required fineness of grind.
