General information:

AgeSin® DP-G541 is a low molecular weight wetting 分散剂 that has preferable wetting dispersing ability. It is suitable for various pigments and fillers, especial for inorganic pigments. It can decrease the system 粘度, speed up the liquidity, shorten the grinded time,alternative to DISPERBYK-108.

Specialty :

  • DP-G541 is suitable for various 溶剂 systems. It can advance the wetting dispersing for the pigments and fillers, decrease the system 粘度, speed up the liquidity and shorten the grinded dispersing time.

  • DP-G541 is suitable for unsaturated polyester system. It has no negative influence on the drying time.

  • DP-G541 is recommended to use in 溶剂 borne coating systems.

  • Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 1% to 2% to inorganic pigment, with 5% to 20% to bentonite.
