AgeSin® DF-A5063 is a 消泡剂 designed for water-based coatings. It offers excellent foam suppression and defoaming properties and can be used in both clear coat and pigmented paint formulations. For optimal performance, it is recommended to add AgeSin® DF-A5063 before grinding or stirring to achieve the best foam suppression effect. It can also be added later in the process, but thorough mixing is essential.
0.05% - 1.0% (as supplied, based on total formulation weight).
The above dosage is based on empirical experience. The optimal amount should be determined through a series of tests.
