● High efficiency 消泡剂 suitable for aqueous system.
● Excellent foam inhibition and defoaming effect, especially in waterborne epoxy primer.
● Prevent micro-bubbles.
● Solvent free.
● Suitable for airless spraying.
● It must be stirred evenly before use.
● In the color paint system, it is recommended to add it in the grinding stage.
● If high shear mixing is required during the varnish or paint mixing stage, and the compatibility needs to be tested to determine whether it is applicable.
● The addition and mixing operation can be simplified by pre-diluting the 消泡剂 with co-solvent and then adding it.
● Because it contains silica, pre dilution will lead to solution turbidity and reduce storage stability, so the pre-diluted 消泡剂 needs to be used up as soon as possible.
