AgeSin® DF-A5062 is a degassing agent for water-based coatings. It can be used in paint formulations and has good compatibility with pure acrylic emulsion systems, styrene acrylic emulsion systems, PU dispersions, mixed systems, resins and other water-dilutable systems.AgeSin® DF-A5062 has excellent anti-foaming and defoaming properties and solves the risk of shrinkage cavities, and is particularly suitable for the field of water-based epoxy flooring.Recommended for water-based industrial coatings, screen inks, and UV inks.
To obtain the best performance, it is best to add the antifoaming agent before grinding or stirring. It can also be added after, but it must be stirred evenly.The full effect of the 消泡剂 will not be achieved until 24 hours after addition to the system.
0.1-1.0% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on the total formulation.
