AgeSin® DF-A5530 has strong defoaming and deaeration properties, which can reduce the foam formed during product production and processing to obtain a bubble-free and smooth surface. It is very suitable for epoxy resin systems and is recommended for anti-corrosion coatings. It can also be used in protective coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings, and coil/can coatings.
For best performance, the 消泡剂 should be added to the grind before grinding. If added at a later stage, high enough shear forces are required to ensure good dispersion of the 消泡剂 to prevent craters.
0.1-1.0% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on the total formulation.
The above data is empirical dosage, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.
