AgeSin® DF-D9202S (similar to Tego Airex 920) is a non-silicone polymeric 消泡剂 and deaerator designed to eliminate air bubbles generated during production, packaging, and application of coatings. It provides outstanding defoaming and air-release performance, especially in UV-curable systems. The additive suppresses bubble formation at an early stage, helps trapped air escape from the film, and prevents surface defects. It is particularly suitable for curtain coating applications without causing film breaks.

Dosage: 0.1 – 1.0% of total coating weight
Recommended addition method: Add before grinding (under high shear) for best performance. For post‑addition, high shear mixing is necessary to ensure full effectiveness and minimize side effects.
